‘God’s Protection Is Real:’ Bullet Fired into Kansas Woman’s Home Stopped by Plaque of Lord’s Prayer
Constance Effie of Kansas City says it is a miracle she and her husband are alive after a bullet flew thru her house.
Effie, 70, mentioned the pair have been sitting of their front room Saturday night time when a blast tore thru a wall, simply above her head.
“I thought maybe our TV blew up,” Effie mentioned in an interview with WDAF. “I thought I was in a war zone because that was the loudest noise I ever heard.”
She added, “We looked all around and didn’t see a hole anywhere and I thought, ‘Look, that picture – the glass is all broken.”
The image used to be a framed steel plaque of the Lord’s Prayer.
Effie believes God blocked the bullet from hurting them.
“It hit and fell down behind the couch,” defined Effie. “But if it hadn’t had the metal there, it might’ve come on in and hit one of us.”
Many on social media agreed.
“Elizabeth Inman tweeted, “God’s coverage is actual.”

“The Lord works in Mysterious Ways,” Derek Z. Wathen wrote on Facebook. “He always said we were to Love His Law.”
Meanwhile, Effie used to be in brief hospitalized after the taking pictures because of a minor stress-related center assault.
Police are investigating the taking pictures.
